OWNERSHIP
Breeder retains legal ownership of dog and puppies produced by dog. Ownership of the dog will be transferred to your family when I stop breeding the dog on around age 5. This to occur at 5 years of age at which time breeder will spay or neuter the dog.
BREEDER OBLIGATIONS
Breeder will visit the your home to make sure you are a good fit.
Breeder will pay all costs related to genetic testing and breeding for the dog.
Breeder will house dog during breeding time and return to guardian when breeding is completed. Typically this would be a period of one week. Guardian will return dog to Breeder one week prior to the due date.. puppies will be raised by Breeder. You are welcome to come visit your dog while she is here with her babies.
As a guardian you and I will become family. Keep in contact and bond. If this isn’t you please don’t consider one of my puppies or adults.
You will notify me any if you plan to move change your phone number or email address.
Guardian is responsible for all normal vaccines and sick pet vet visits.
Make sure all family members are on the same page with raising a puppy.. or one of my breeding age dogs.
Guardian will feed the dog Fromm dog food and females will be feed Fromm food but switched to Fromm puppy food starting at 4 weeks of gestation.
Guardian and family members agree to attend puppy classes, and to continue socialize the dog.
Guardian will not own a male dog that is not neutered…or a female intack dog if you house one of my males. The dog must be in a fenced or wireless fence while outside.
